INCLUSION Art Show and Sale – Oct. 21- 28

We are participating in the annual INCLUSION Art Show - this year, online!
You are invited to the online viewing party to celebrate the show! Please see the details below:

INCLUSION Art Show Viewing Party

Date: Thursday, October 21
Time: 12-2pm
Theme: The Almost Live Experience – semi formal
Place: Join us online through Zoom (link here) in the comfort of your home or studio.

What to expect: We’ll begin with some light chit chat, move to official welcomes from Fernando our CEO, and Indigenous Elder Shane Pointe. He has a neat story to share about art in his culture, as a Musqueam member. Then we’ll take a tour through the website, asking each artist on the call to share, and our guests who are supporters to engage with them. We also have a few surprises for you.

Few of Vicuña artists will be sharing about their artworks, so please join to support them!

About INCLUSION Art Show: This year is posAbilities’ 17th Annual INCLUSION Art Show & Sale. It is BC’s largest online disability art show! October is Community Inclusion month in BC and we welcome you to celebrate with us. The show is open throughout October and online sales will be available from October 21-28. During the past year, artists have done a fantastic job adapting to the changing circumstances and are eager to share their work with you. Most of the participating artists work in studios hosted by Community Living organizations, while others work independently. We invite you to explore the hundreds of paintings, illustrations, pottery, glasswork, and much more. We're excited to partner with a variety of organizations to help support our show this year! Check out our showcase at Christ Church Cathedral in downtown Vancouver (windows facing Burrard Street), throughout October. The team at Curiko is also hosting a variety of studio tours, live demos and Q&As with featured studios and independent artists. Check out their calendar of events here. You can also stay in the loop by following us on social @posAbilitiesCA – Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
